Role Overview

Partners Cooperative, Inc. is a 501(e) not-for-profit support services organization that serves 501(c)(3) hospitals, governmental authority hospitals, and university-based academic health systems. With a contract portfolio exceeding 800 agreements and more than 200 projects each year, the organization focuses on delivering cost reduction and operational gains for its members through data-led insights.

The Onboarding Analyst is responsible for supporting the start-up, activation, and early engagement of new member organizations. The position helps coordinate contract activation, supplier setup, project participation, savings reporting, and other onboarding tasks so members can effectively join Partners Cooperative programs and services.

This role partners with members, suppliers, Vizient, distribution partners, and internal teams to manage onboarding workflows, keep records accurate, support participation in contracts, prepare communications for members, and track onboarding progress and value opportunities.

Member Onboarding and Early Engagement

Assist new members through onboarding by organizing required documents, monitoring status updates, and supporting completion of onboarding deliverables.

Help with member setup, contract activation, supplier connections, and other implementation-related onboarding work.

Take part in onboarding meetings and follow up on action items to keep requirements moving toward completion.

Keep member, supplier, and contract information current and accurate throughout the onboarding cycle.

Support Vizient activation by monitoring participation status, required paperwork, and milestone completion.

Help align member contracts so utilization and participation opportunities can be captured effectively.

Contract and Supplier Coordination

Prepare and send supplier notices and supporting documentation for new member contract connections.

Help verify contract pricing, member eligibility, and participation status.

Watch for pricing updates and flag discrepancies, variances, or loading problems for review and resolution.

Work with suppliers, distributors, and members to address pricing issues, participation concerns, and connection-related problems.

Support ongoing contract maintenance by updating contract records, pricing details, and participation data.

Savings, Analytics, and Reporting Support

Maintain and review savings databases, including invoice savings, rebate savings, and member participation across the contract portfolio.

Update contract tracking tools, pricing files, reporting databases, and onboarding records.

Run reports on contract connections, activation status, savings opportunities, participation levels, pricing changes, and onboarding progress.

Prepare contract summaries, savings reports, analytics, and supporting materials for members.

Help identify savings opportunities and encourage participation in contracted programs and initiatives.

Check reports and data for completeness and accuracy, and escalate discrepancies when needed.

Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership, member meetings, and committees.

Project Participation Support

Assist with project opt-in and opt-out workflows, including analytics, communications, and participation documentation.

Track member participation choices to ensure they align with applicable projects and contracts.

Support member questions related to contract participation, project enrollment, and onboarding, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain complete participation records and associated documentation.

Collaboration and Administrative Support

Provide onboarding, reporting, and contract-related support for members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Work with onboarding, implementation, analytics, and member engagement teams to support service initiatives and onboarding activities.

Assist with documentation, meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, project tracking, and general onboarding support.

Keep records and documents organized in line with organizational policies and standards.

Contribute to process improvement efforts that strengthen efficiency, reporting quality, and the member experience.

Deliver administrative and analytical support across onboarding, reporting, and contract-related work as needed.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may also be accepted.

At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, customer service, contract administration, supplier relations, healthcare operations, data analysis, or a similar support role.

Strong organizational ability and careful attention to detail.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle several priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.

Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Capability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications
