About the role
Actavo is looking for an Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in Dublin. This role sits within a team that values belonging, wellbeing, safety, and strong service delivery for clients and their customers. The business works across a range of important projects, including fibre network connectivity, industrial and utilities work, modular space solutions, and creative events.
Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure compliance in your daily work.
- Respond to customer and client queries and provide helpful support.
- Arrange and manage daily and weekly job schedules.
- Keep the work management system updated and accurate.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and slide decks as needed.
- Support service engineers with information and administrative help when required.
- Handle general administrative tasks as they arise.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong written, numerical, and computer skills, with good Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Experience in a busy, fast-moving workplace.
- A professional, confident, and self-driven approach.
