About Optimum Health Solutions
Optimum Health Solutions brings more than 20 years of experience in allied health, with 14 clinics across New South Wales and Tasmania and a workforce of over 200 professionals. The organisation places a strong emphasis on mentoring, learning, and clear progression pathways for occupational therapists.
Role Overview
This full-time onsite position in Wollongong is centred around NDIS-related practice and offers the chance to work across a broad mix of adult and paediatric assessments, interventions, and therapy services. The caseload can be shaped around your interests and may include functional assessments, assistive technology, housing supports, and clinical therapy work.
Key Areas of Work
You may be involved in functional capacity assessments, activities of daily living assessments, and recommendations related to support needs. The role can also include assistive technology assessments, equipment prescription, and complex high-cost assistive technology solutions.
Additional work may cover SIL, SDA and ILO assessments, home modification advice, and environmental assessments. Therapy services can include fine and gross motor programs, sensory assessment and intervention, emotional regulation strategies, adult and paediatric therapy programs, and both individual and group-based therapy.
More complex clinical tasks may involve seating and positioning assessments, manual handling assessments, early intervention assessments, and support delivered in school and community settings.
About You
The ideal candidate is an occupational therapist who is motivated by helping people achieve practical and meaningful outcomes. Applications are welcome from experienced therapists, final-year OT students, and new graduates.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Optimum Health Solutions offers strong professional development through weekly mentoring, structured supervision, and access to a wide range of learning tools. You will gain exposure to varied clinical work across NDIS, paediatrics, assistive technology, functional assessments, and therapy.

You will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment alongside physiotherapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, behaviour support practitioners, dietitians, and podiatrists.
Clinics are purpose-built and equipped with sensory rooms, gyms, motor development spaces, and modern therapy tools, creating a setting that supports meaningful client outcomes and day-to-day professional growth.
