Multi-disciplinary Brand Designer

Role overview

Navan is hiring a brand designer for its busy team in Holborn, London. This position suits a creative professional who enjoys working in technology-led settings, collaborates well with others, and can take a project from initial idea through to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible, well-rounded designer who is comfortable moving between different formats and channels. You should be able to work across digital, web, motion, print, and presentation design, bringing both creative thinking and practical problem-solving. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, sharp attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and deliver brand design work end to end across digital, print, presentations, and motion assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to turn business goals into polished, effective creative outputs.
• Create engaging presentation materials for internal audiences, customers, and external viewers.
• Help shape and extend Navan’s brand across the website, social channels, events, and product-related experiences.
• Work with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and a consistently high level of execution.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative design thinking while keeping pace with demanding timelines.

What they are looking for

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Proven ability in presentation design, motion/animation, web design including component design, and UI work.
• Comfort working as a versatile designer across a range of media and formats.
• Excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
