Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

Orcapod Consulting Services is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join its Hyderabad team. This role sits within a B2B IT consulting environment and calls for someone who can turn briefs into engaging motion content, while keeping an eye on brand consistency, deadlines, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and video content that communicates ideas clearly and creatively.
• Edit videos and build motion pieces using advanced tools in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Bring 3D elements into projects using Cinema 4D or a similar 3D software package.
• Use industry tools and plugins such as Maxon, Element 3D, and related creative extensions to improve output quality.
• Apply AI-assisted creative tools to support concept development, faster workflows, and content creation.
• Translate written or verbal briefs into compelling visual stories that fit the objective of the project.
• Work with pacing, composition, typography, transitions, and brand-led communication to produce polished outputs.
• Manage creative work while meeting timelines and balancing delivery requirements with business expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to feedback, and revise work effectively.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of practical experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Advanced hands-on ability with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or an equivalent 3D design tool.
• Experience with plugins and tools such as Maxon and Element 3D.
• Comfort using AI-based creative tools in the production process.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, composition, and motion timing.
• Ability to collaborate well and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion and video work across digital formats.
• Experience in a fast-paced agency, studio, or in-house brand setting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related area.
