Role Overview

As a Mid-Market Sales Development Representative, you will partner with the sales team to drive growth in the mid-market segment. Your work will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities that support the company’s goal of transforming workforce management.

What You Will Do

  • Find and qualify new opportunities within the mid-market segment.
  • Generate growth by consistently working toward and exceeding sales targets while building strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand mid-market customer needs and adapt solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads smoothly and support deal closure.
  • Prospect mid-market organisations with 151 or more employees through inbound follow-up as well as outbound calls and emails.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build interest in Employment Hero’s offerings.
  • Maintain and grow a database of prospects within the assigned segment.
  • Support online product demonstrations for mid-market prospects when required.
