About the role
This Associate-level role sits within the Business Development team and supports the firm’s key market priorities across priority One Firm sectors and strategic account teams. It is a newly created position, working closely with partners, sector teams, client teams, and colleagues across the business.
The team’s purpose is to strengthen internal relationships and help the firm generate pipeline, improve its ability to win and retain profitable client engagements, and successfully bring new services to market.
What you will do
- Coordinate business development activity, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
- Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date by managing contacts, opportunities, activities, and pipeline details.
- Support client events and thought-leadership mailing lists for marketing and engagement campaigns.
- Work with business development and account teams to build sector and account performance dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Track revenue reporting, spot data issues, and help resolve discrepancies across business units.
- Provide administrative, analytical, and reporting support for go-to-market initiatives, client pursuits, and sector-focused programs.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate brings more than just technical capability; they are collaborative, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- At least 3 years of administration or analyst support experience.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI; Alteryx is an advantage.
- Experience using e-marketing tools and Microsoft applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach.
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust, credibility, and rapport with varied stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Comfort managing competing deadlines in a busy, changing environment.
- Ability to stay focused and complete tasks through to the end.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident suggesting practical improvements.
- Resilient, adaptable, and flexible.
