Mondrian Doha is a vibrant destination known for its energetic social scene, events, celebrations, and business gatherings. The property features food and nightlife concepts across eight different venues, creating a distinctive atmosphere in the region.
Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will support the hotel’s broader MARCOM function, with particular emphasis on content planning and creation, live event coverage, and real-time storytelling. The role is central to keeping the brand message consistent across all channels.
Key Duties
- Assist the hotel marketing communications team with content-led activity, live coverage, and storytelling that reflects brand standards.
- Capture and share live updates from hotel happenings, events, nightlife programs, and weekend activations when needed.
- Deliver photo and video shoots, social content, campaign launches, and day-to-day marketing coordination.
- Coordinate closely with public relations teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to strengthen brand exposure and guest interaction.
- Produce content suited to a luxury and lifestyle environment, while keeping audience profiles and current trends in mind.
Skills and Working Style
- Highly creative, well organized, and attentive to detail.
- Able to balance several tasks and deadlines at once.
- Works well in a team, maintains a positive outlook, and contributes proactively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling administrative work and using Microsoft 365, Canva, and WordPress; experience with WordPress is considered a plus.
