Role overview

This position focuses on shaping and delivering employee communications that support Majid Al Futtaim’s strategy, culture, leadership priorities, people agenda, and transformation work. The manager will plan and run communication campaigns, draft content, manage digital channels, host town halls, and drive employee engagement to strengthen awareness, alignment, trust, and connection across the business.

What you will do

  • Build and carry out internal communication plans that support business priorities and wider organizational goals.
  • Prepare a range of engaging materials such as leadership notes, newsletters, intranet stories, presentations, FAQs, and campaign content.
  • Convert complex business and transformation updates into simple, clear messages for employees.
  • Oversee and improve internal channels such as the intranet, town halls, AMAs, newsletters, email communications, and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with Corporate Communications, P&O, business leaders, and change teams to keep messaging aligned and consistent.
  • Support communication around leadership, culture, transformation, change, and crisis situations across the organization.
  • Use employee feedback, engagement data, and communication analytics to improve impact, reach, and effectiveness.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to support content creation, localization, audience segmentation, message testing, and engagement analysis while preserving quality and governance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Between 7 and 9 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
  • Proven background in leadership communications, change communications, and enterprise storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital communication channels such as intranets, newsletters, and employee engagement platforms.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, content development, analytics, and AI-supported communication skills.
