Role overview
We’re seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to help keep a busy production site operating safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption. This position is important to the smooth running of the facility and supports the delivery of high-quality products while contributing to a workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.
What you’ll do
You will coordinate both scheduled and unplanned maintenance activities across operational equipment, helping ensure priorities are well defined and work is completed effectively. The role involves working closely with site leaders, engineers and outside partners to maintain clear communication and resolve problems promptly.
You’ll also monitor site performance by tracking KPIs, reviewing progress and supporting ongoing improvement initiatives. A key part of the job is to help identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maintain strong standards of safety and quality.
