About the role
This position supports the delivery of outstanding culinary experiences in a highly empowered workplace. You will represent the brand across the guest journey and help ensure every diner leaves as a satisfied guest by serving food of consistently high quality.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out all operational duties in food and beverage production while following the required service standards and procedures.
- Take the extra step whenever possible to enhance the guest experience.
- Reduce guest complaints and support service recovery promptly when needed.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues while keeping the guest’s best interests in mind.

Qualifications
A high school diploma in catering is the minimum requirement. A degree in hotel management or a related discipline is preferred. Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment is required. The role also calls for familiarity with local food hygiene standards and HACCP procedures.
