Role overview
This position supports the delivery of memorable culinary experiences within a high-empowerment setting. The main responsibility is to represent the brand across the guest journey and contribute to a smooth, high-quality restaurant experience through consistently excellent food.
What you will be measured on
- Carry out all food and beverage production activities in line with the required service standards and operating procedures.
- Make every reasonable effort to exceed expectations whenever possible.
- Reduce guest complaints and step in promptly with suitable service recovery when issues arise.
- Communicate proactively with colleagues while keeping the guest’s best interests front and center.
Required profile
- Strong service orientation with emotional intelligence.
- A high school diploma in Catering is required; a degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
- Working knowledge of local food hygiene standards and HACCP practices.
