Singapore Airlines is seeking a Learning Partnership Manager to join SIA Academy on a 2-year contract. The role focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with businesses and organizations to expand the Academy’s learning business. The selected candidate will identify and evaluate new leads, shape proposals, customise learning programmes to match client needs, and drive deals through to closure. Business development

  • Keep track of market movements and current industry practices to spot promising customer groups and business opportunities.
  • Reach out through channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events to better understand clients’ learning and development requirements.
  • Create business development materials such as pitch decks and other marketing collateral.
  • Prepare proposals for learning and development services, including clear pricing structures and delivery milestones.
  • Work with training subject matter experts to assess learning needs and ensure client requirements are reflected in the proposed solution.

Account management

  • Develop strong working relationships with key partners and deliver responsive, service-oriented support.
  • Stay alert to opportunities to recommend relevant learning and development services.
  • Track delivery milestones to make sure services are completed in line with the agreed service terms.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across the relevant Training Schools and contribute inputs for courseware development and programme delivery.

Contract management

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and service agreements with external organisations.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Legal, Insurance, and Taxation during the contracting process.

Reporting and analysis

  • Gather data for reporting and analysis.
  • Review trends, service quality, and standards to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
