Role overview
This senior manager position sits within Learning and Development and focuses on program and project management. The role calls for a strategic thinker who can use influence, expertise, and professional relationships to deliver strong outcomes, guide others, and help solve complex challenges.
As you grow in autonomy, you are expected to use sound judgment, know when to act, and know when to escalate. The role also requires the ability to work through ambiguity, ask incisive questions, connect the dots across situations, and communicate ideas in a clear, structured, and compelling way. Success in this role contributes to building high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams and supports the broader goals of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support learning and development initiatives with a strong foundation in core L&D practices.
- Manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Work effectively with stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.
- Bring a global perspective and exposure to markets or territories outside India.
- Use a practical problem-solving mindset to address issues and improve outcomes.
- Create clear, engaging, and well-structured messages that present a complete story.
- Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes and identify new opportunities.
- Review client outcomes, incorporate feedback, and present alternate viewpoints when useful.
- Guide teams through uncertain, complex, or challenging situations with composure.
- Keep your expertise current and continue building relevant knowledge and capability.
- Hold open coaching conversations and support people at all levels.
- Make difficult calls when needed to remove blockers and improve team effectiveness.
- Model professional standards, technical expectations, the firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Additional information
Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
