Role Overview
For our pastry workshop in Kefenrod, Hesse, we are looking for a Konditor*in to join the team and help produce a wide range of sweet baked goods. This role is available immediately, with possible start dates on the 1st or 15th of each month.
Working Time
The position is offered either as full-time work with 38 hours per week, which corresponds to 165 hours per month, or part-time with 18 to 32 hours per week, equivalent to 80 to 140 hours per month.
Your Tasks
- Prepare a broad variety of confectionery products as part of everyday artisan bakery production.
- Make, decorate, and finish cream- and whipped-cream-based items such as roulades, slices, and cakes.
- Produce cakes and other baked goods according to traditional recipes.
- Handle the production of long-life baked goods, using both manual craftsmanship and modern equipment.
- Consistently follow the company’s quality rules and hygiene standards in all production steps.

- Completed training as a pastry chef / confectioner is required; career changers with relevant interest are also welcome.
