IT Support Coordinator

Role overview

Abunayyan Holding subsidiary DCT is hiring an IT Support Coordinator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on helping employees with day-to-day technology issues so work can continue smoothly and IT services remain reliable.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, printer, and network-related support requests.
• Record, monitor, and keep support tickets updated within the IT service system.
• Set up and prepare desktops, laptops, printers, and other required software tools.
• Guide employees on system usage and provide basic IT-related training when needed.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate records of assigned devices and inventory.
• Help troubleshoot connectivity issues involving the internet, Wi-Fi, and other network services.
• Work in line with IT security rules and escalate any risks, alerts, or incidents appropriately.

Knowledge and experience

The position calls for a working understanding of IT support processes and troubleshooting practices. Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in IT support or a similar environment is preferred.

Education and certifications

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. Microsoft certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Technical capabilities

Strong familiarity with hardware and software setup, basic network troubleshooting, printer and peripheral support, Windows administration, Microsoft Office support, ticketing platforms, user account handling, remote support tools, and cybersecurity awareness is important for success in this role.
