About the Role
A hiring drive is open for International Voice Process roles in Bengaluru, with immediate openings for candidates who have relevant voice support or technical support background. The compensation offered is up to INR 6.5 LPA, and the shift is a US shift.
Open Positions
The employer is looking to fill two profiles: Customer Support Executive for International Voice and Technical Support Advisor for International Voice.
Customer Support Executive - International Voice
This role involves handling customer conversations over inbound and outbound calls and resolving account, billing, and service-related concerns while maintaining service quality and SLA expectations.
Technical Support Advisor - International Voice
This profile is focused on providing voice-based technical assistance, including support for software, operating systems, installation, activation, connectivity, configuration, and licensing issues.
Eligibility
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of International Voice experience for the customer support profile.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of International Technical Support experience for the technical support profile.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred, and for the technical support role, only immediate joiners are being considered.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Address customer questions and concerns through inbound and outbound voice support.
- Resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and service delivery.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience while meeting SLA and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support customers with technical troubleshooting over voice channels.
- Identify and fix software, OS, installation, activation, and connectivity problems.
- Assist with configuration and licensing-related queries.
- Escalate complex technical cases when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, quality adherence, and SLA compliance.
Compensation
The salary package ranges from INR 3,25,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year, depending on the role and experience.
