Interior/Exterior Renderer

Role Overview

We are hiring a talented Interior/Exterior Renderer to become part of a fast-moving team. The role calls for someone with a sharp eye for detail who can produce polished, high-quality visualizations for both indoor and outdoor spaces while keeping delivery times short.

You will also be expected to create accurate models of furniture and fixtures and maintain clear communication with the team throughout working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce lifelike, detailed renderings for both interior and exterior design projects.
• Create accurate models of furniture, fixtures, and architectural components whenever required.
• Work closely with team members and communicate clearly to stay aligned with deadlines.
• Make sure all outputs match client requirements and design expectations.
• Organize your workload efficiently so assignments are completed within tight timelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in modeling furniture and fixtures.
• Availability to work during the company’s office hours and deliver on deadlines.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks with a fast turnaround.

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail and rendering precision.
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and on your own when needed.

Working Schedule and Compensation

This is a full-time role with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, which corresponds to 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time. The position is work-from-home and offers a monthly salary of USD 700.
