Position Overview

The Interior Designer will support sophisticated interior design projects from concept through completion, working under the Studio Lead. This role is central to maintaining design quality and client satisfaction across every stage of the process.

The firm does not follow one fixed style, but many projects call for refined, custom solutions. The position involves close interaction with discerning clients, including leaders in sports clubs and professionals in the financial and private wealth sectors, so the ability to interpret and elevate their vision is essential.

Responsibilities

This role includes concept refinement, technical documentation, client communication, sourcing, and project support. You will contribute to the design process while helping keep deliverables aligned with goals, timelines, and quality standards.

It also calls for creativity, research, and active collaboration with the broader team and external vendors to move projects smoothly from idea to installation.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design is required. The ideal candidate brings 5 to 7 years of experience and has worked across all stages of the design process.

Advanced working knowledge of Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCAD is expected. Familiarity with Bluebeam is useful but not mandatory. Experience with contract furniture, sourcing, and hospitality or sports/entertainment projects is preferred. NCIDQ certification is an advantage, though it is not required.

Work Schedule and Expectations

The office is located at 1005 17th Ave South, Suite 650, Nashville, Tennessee. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monthly billable targets are set for the role, and meeting them may require work beyond normal office hours. The timing and location of that additional work are generally left to the employee’s discretion.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
