Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

MAISON CARE HS is hiring a customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell skin and hair care treatments and products within the center. The role requires someone who can communicate confidently, build trust with clients, and provide a polished, premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients warmly and identify their skin and hair care needs.
• Present treatments, services, and products in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Suggest appropriate solutions based on each client’s requirements.
• Meet sales goals set for in-center performance.
• Maintain client follow-up and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the center team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements

• Educational background in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or relevant experience in skin and hair care.
• Prior sales experience, especially in beauty or personal care products, is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Capability to explain products and services in a simple, professional way.
• Professional presentation and a strong eye for detail.

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-center position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

المهام الرئيسية

• استقبال العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم المتعلقة بالشعر والبشرة.
• شرح الجلسات والخدمات والمنتجات بطريقة واضحة واحترافية.
• ترشيح الحلول المناسبة حسب احتياج كل عميل.
• تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات داخل المركز.
• متابعة العملاء وتعزيز رضاهم عن التجربة.
• التعاون مع فريق المركز لضمان تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.

المتطلبات

• مؤهل في الصيدلة أو العلوم الطبية، أو خبرة مناسبة في مجال العناية بالشعر والبشرة.
• خبرة في المبيعات أو العمل كمندوب مبيعات خاصة في قطاع منتجات العناية والتجميل تعتبر ميزة.
• مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة.
• القدرة على شرح المنتجات والخدمات بأسلوب بسيط واحترافي.
• مظهر مهني واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
