Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive in Gurugram, Haryana. The role focuses on handling sales conversations by phone, guiding potential customers toward the right offering, and supporting the team in achieving revenue targets.
What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls and answer incoming enquiries to present products and move prospects toward purchase.
- Identify what the customer is looking for and suggest products or services that fit their needs.
- Consistently work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Address customer objections in a professional manner and work toward closing the sale.
- Coordinate with the broader sales team and exchange useful customer feedback and market insights.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and stay in touch with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
