Role overview
This position is part of a team focused on modernizing how restaurants and local businesses run in a digital environment. The role centers on consultative selling: identifying prospects, building trust with restaurant owners, and tailoring solutions that fit each business’s needs. The goal is to help grow the brand within an assigned territory while supporting restaurant operators in improving performance, customer engagement, and team experience.
This is a remote sales role that is performed from a personal home office.
What you will do
- Build prospect lists and oversee the complete sales journey from first outreach through deal closure.
- Run product demonstrations and shape offerings to match each prospect’s priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams so commitments made during the sales process are successfully delivered.
- Use Salesforce to track and organize sales activity and pipeline management.
- Study the competitive market and position the company effectively against alternatives.
What you will need
- At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, closing, restaurant operations, or a closely related industry or function.
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation abilities, with confidence selling and negotiating at multiple decision-maker levels.
- A strong history of hitting and surpassing targets.
- Comfort working in a quick-moving, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
- A self-driven, adaptable, and inventive working style.
- Basic comfort with software and general technical tools.
Preferred background
- Prior hands-on use of Salesforce CRM.
- Sandler sales training.
Compensation and rewards
The role offers uncapped commissions and is part of a total target cash package that includes base pay, commission, and bonus where applicable. The expected compensation varies by geographic pay zone and will be set based on skills, experience, and location. Zone A is $129,000 to $206,000 USD, Zone B is $112,000 to $179,000 USD, and Zone C is $101,000 to $161,000 USD. Benefits and equity may also be included if eligible.
