Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Job Summary

This position is for an experienced engineer who can help keep large infrastructure systems running effectively and support the successful delivery of complex projects. The role centers on technical assistance, performance tracking, coordination across disciplines, and making sure services are delivered smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Track operational results and spot areas where performance can be improved.
• Offer technical guidance and support to internal departments and project stakeholders.
• Review engineering data and produce performance-related reports.
• Liaise with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep work aligned.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
• Keep technical logs and project files accurate and up to date.
• Work in line with engineering requirements and HSE rules and procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
• You should have 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure or engineering operations.
• Applicants must be strong in analysis, reporting, and technical problem-solving.
• Effective communication and coordination skills are essential.

Additional Information

This role is based in Doha, Qatar and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
