Role Overview
Nexus Corporation is hiring seasoned IT Recruiters from anywhere in India for a full-time work-from-home position. The role supports recruitment assignments for Japan and Hong Kong and is suited to professionals who can manage sourcing and coordination independently in a remote setup.
Compensation Note
The highest salary available for this position is ₹20,000 per month. Candidates whose expectations fit within this ceiling are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates using professional networking platforms, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Review applications and narrow down the shortlist to relevant profiles.
- Carry out first-round conversations with applicants.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules.
- Keep candidate information updated and organized.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of IT job functions, roles, and technical domains.
- Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Working Schedule
- This is a fully remote role.
- The workweek follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
- Working hours are aligned to the Japan shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
