Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

MARE Properties L.L.C. is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager for its office in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position. The role is centered on people development, leadership support, performance improvement, and shaping a strong organizational culture.

This is not an HR administration or recruitment-focused role. A separate recruiter is already in place, so the successful candidate will concentrate on building people capability, guiding managers, improving employee experience, and strengthening HR practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Partner with managers on performance management and employee development plans.
• Provide coaching to leaders on team management and effective HR practices.
• Manage employee relations issues and address workplace concerns in a professional manner.
• Create, refine, and roll out HR policies and internal procedures.
• Drive performance review cycles, engagement programs, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure all HR practices remain aligned with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior HR experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage is compulsory.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and modern HR practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with leadership and interpersonal ability.
• Well-organized, proactive, and genuinely people-oriented.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
