About the Internship
Udaan Consultancy is looking for a Human Resources intern to join its remote team and get practical exposure to core HR operations. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-moving environment where you will support recruitment, employee documentation, training coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.
What You Will Do
- Support hiring activities such as sharing job openings, reviewing resumes, and arranging interview schedules.
- Maintain employee files and keep all records complete, organized, and current.
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
- Help run onboarding and orientation sessions for newly joined team members.
- Contribute to implementing HR policies and procedures while supporting compliance requirements.
- Handle routine administrative work for the HR team, including data entry and document filing.
- Communicate with employees and respond to basic HR queries using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills and Profile
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office, along with strong spoken and written English. Good interpersonal abilities and a genuine interest in human resources are important for this role.
