Role overview
You will join a medical technology company that creates, builds, sells, and supports advanced nuclear medicine imaging systems. Its digital imaging solutions are used by healthcare organizations across the globe and help power the next generation of imaging and therapy-guiding tools. The business combines sophisticated hardware engineering with proprietary software and algorithms to produce images quickly, with lower radiation exposure, and with high image quality.

Talent acquisition
- Own the entire hiring process across multiple teams, from initial intake discussions through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and offer discussions.
- Make sure every applicant has a polished, responsive, and positive experience during the recruitment journey.
- Continuously develop candidate pipelines and identify talent through channels such as professional networks, job boards, and referral-based outreach.
People operations and employee experience
- Run the U.S. onboarding process so new hires receive a structured, welcoming, and informative introduction to the company.
- Handle offboarding activities in an organized and professional manner.
- Keep the HRIS and electronic employee files current, accurate, and secure while protecting data confidentiality.
- Support performance review cycles, objective-setting, and ongoing feedback programs.
- Promote company culture by helping plan team activities, engagement initiatives, and retention-focused programs.
Benefits, compensation, and compliance
- Administer U.S. employee benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and open enrollment, while serving as a key contact for employee questions.
- Assist with compensation administration and help ensure pay practices remain competitive in the market.
- Stay current on U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and keep policies, the employee handbook, and HR procedures compliant and up to date.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner position, with substantial involvement in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor regulations, payroll fundamentals, and benefits administration.
- Hands-on familiarity with HRIS tools and platforms.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust across different levels of the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience working with an international headquarters in a remote, global environment.
