Role overview

About the role
You will be part of a growing HR function and will help keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on accurate records, efficient processes, compliance, and responsive support for both managers and employees.
What you will do
- Handle HR administration across the full employee journey, including joining and exit processes.
- Keep employee data current within HR systems.
- Prepare employment documents and manage changes to employee details or terms.
- Support annual people processes such as pay reviews, performance cycles, and policy changes.
- Create recurring HR reports and share useful data insights with stakeholders.
- Help with audits of employee data and maintain accurate, compliant records.
- Respond to questions from staff and managers in a professional and discreet manner.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in HR procedures and ways of working.
- Support employee engagement activity, feedback tracking, and reporting of key people measures.
- Provide administrative help for learning and development tools and programmes.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has prior experience in HR administration or HR operations, is highly organised, and pays close attention to detail. Confidence in handling confidential information, managing several priorities at once, and building strong working relationships is important. Experience with HR platforms such as Workday would be beneficial. A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or progress toward one, is preferred. Experience working across multiple regions or countries would also be an advantage.
