Role Overview

The Human Resource Recruiter will help manage end-to-end hiring activities, from finding suitable candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential candidates through sourcing channels.
Review applications, screen profiles, and narrow down suitable candidates.
Create and publish job openings as required.
Prepare shortlisted candidate lists for further evaluation.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Keep the candidate database organized and updated.
