Role Overview
This position is for an HR Recruiter handling the hiring cycle from first screening to final onboarding follow-up. The role is based in Bengaluru and follows a day-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidates and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate scheduling with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct interviews and manage candidate communication through the hiring stages.
- Handle salary discussions and support the negotiation process.
- Track selected candidates until they officially join the organization.
Compensation and Work Schedule
