Role overview
Join a global company in live video software as the HR Lead, taking ownership of the full HR function for a remote workforce of roughly 90 to 100 employees. This is a permanent full-time position focused on creating a reliable employee experience, supporting compliance, managing benefits administration, and putting scalable people processes in place as the organization continues to expand.
What you will do
- Oversee the daily HR function end to end for a distributed, international team.
- Serve as the main HR contact for employees and leadership across all people operations matters.
- Build and maintain consistent HR processes and employee experience standards.
- Strengthen compliance practices and support a solid HR foundation.
- Administer employee benefits and related operational workflows.
- Introduce and improve performance management systems, including OKR rollouts.
- Help shape engagement initiatives that reinforce a caring, high-trust workplace culture.
- Partner with leadership to create practical HR policies and scalable practices that support growth.
Experience and profile
The company is seeking someone with 8+ years of HR experience who has worked closely with leadership and owned HR operations directly. Experience in high-growth startup environments is considered a strong advantage, especially with a track record of designing effective HR policies and people practices. Prior exposure to Rippling would be a major plus.
