About the Company

The team is expanding quickly, and the company is looking for an organized, proactive HR and administration professional to support workforce growth.
Role Overview
As the HR & Administration Officer, you will oversee everyday HR operations, recruitment support, employee records, and government-related HR processes. This role is central to keeping hiring, compliance, and employee administration running smoothly during a period of rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, and experienced with UAE employment regulations, visa processing, and HR administration. The role is based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, is full-time, and requires immediate joining.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure.
- Advertise open roles on hiring channels.
- Review applications and create candidate shortlists.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct first-round HR interviews when needed.
- Keep candidates informed at each stage of the hiring process.
- Draft and send employment offer letters.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
HR Administration
- Prepare employment contracts and associated paperwork.
- Maintain updated employee records and HR files.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation timelines.
- Issue employment certificates and other HR letters.
- Keep HR policies and supporting documents organized and current.
Government & Employee Services
- Process employee requests through relevant UAE government and free zone portals.
- Handle employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications, and medical appointment coordination.
- Manage employment-related government documentation end to end.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and free zone regulations.
Leave & Records Management
- Track annual leave, sick leave, and other absences.
- Maintain attendance logs.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and visa renewal schedules.
- Calculate end-of-service benefits and final settlements.
- Safeguard confidential personnel records.
Employee Benefits Support
- Coordinate health insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, and removals.
- Assist employees with HR documentation and related requests.
General Administration
- Support office administration tasks linked to HR operations.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics.
- Assist management with HR planning and workforce administration.
- Carry out additional HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Practical experience with employment visas, Emirates IDs, and government portals.
- Prior exposure to Dubai free zones is preferred; experience in Dubai Silicon Oasis is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and manage several priorities at once.
