Role overview
This full-time, on-site role in Singapore is focused on turning growth data into clear, actionable business insights. The position supports reporting, analytics, automation, and measurement across growth, marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.
What you will do
- Create and support interactive Tableau dashboards for recurring and ad hoc reporting, giving teams timely visibility into growth performance.
- Build and fine-tune advanced SQL queries in Databricks to analyze user acquisition, campaign return on investment, and customer lifecycle trends.
- Work with growth, product, data engineering, and external partners to strengthen data systems, diagnose pipeline problems, and keep data flows accurate, scalable, and efficient.
- Automate recurring reporting and data processes, manage SQL jobs and scheduling, and keep documentation up to date so workflows remain reliable and easy to maintain.
- Develop analytical models that help shape marketing decisions, including predictive lifetime value, lead scoring, and marketing mix analysis.
- Use statistical methods and business intelligence tools to identify patterns, opportunities, and trends that can guide growth strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement data-led solutions and help deliver projects from start to finish while staying aligned with business goals and timelines.
- Keep improving your skills by exploring new AI tools and modern approaches in data science and marketing analytics.
What the role requires
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related area.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role; experience in crypto or technology is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Databricks, and Tableau for working with, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets.
- Experience using statistical tools such as R or Python, along with relevant libraries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large volumes of information.
- Comfort with query writing, report preparation, and presenting insights clearly.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing areas such as organic and paid user acquisition, partnerships, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Sensor Tower.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex findings to non-technical audiences and translating business questions into data requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, manage several priorities, and adapt quickly when plans change.
