The company has secured a US$21.5 million Series A round from top-tier investors and is scaling quickly. It is looking for high-performing talent to help reshape the future of banking in Canada.

Work location: This position requires five days a week in the office in downtown Toronto, near Richmond and Spadina.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and build Venn’s early-stage product marketing and growth motion across multiple channels, including the brand voice, market narrative, launch processes, campaign planning, tools, channel strategy, and content distribution.
  • Take ownership of the messaging used for product launches, the website, customer communications, and onboarding journeys, with the goal of improving both acquisition and retention.
  • Plan and drive go-to-market execution for new products and features, including positioning, narrative development, assets, content, rollout coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Manage all social media presence, including LinkedIn, by curating posts and case studies for both the Venn brand and its founders to build visibility, credibility, and new channel opportunities.
  • Shape how the market understands Venn’s products by developing messaging and narratives tailored to different ideal customer profiles.
  • Continuously improve the website so it converts better, communicates value more clearly, and supports stronger product adoption.
  • Develop and run programs for blogs, case studies, email marketing, and educational content that increase engagement and drive conversions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of full-time professional experience outside internships, with a minimum of 2 years at a leading consulting firm, investment bank, or major technology company, plus at least 1 year in a startup, founder, or creator/influencer environment.
  • Solid knowledge of product positioning, content distribution, audience engagement metrics, and growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience improving website content, search visibility, and conversion performance.
  • Comfort working with data, running experiments, and using results to guide iteration.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and narrative-building abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly when partnering with product and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • A proactive self-starter who can independently own strategy and execution end to end.

Eligibility

This role is not suitable for recent graduates. Applicants should have completed their undergraduate degree in 2023 or earlier.
