Graphic Artist

Role Overview

Revolution Company is looking to hire a Graphic Artist for its Vernon, California facility. This full-time production role offers the chance to join a growing organization working in sustainable loop plastic solutions.

What You'll Do

• Prepare customer art proofs, share them for approval, and keep the proof-tracking records updated with the correct status codes.
• Format artwork correctly for ordering printing plates.
• Use the Art Department’s software and databases effectively, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage Art Department timing and workflow so it stays aligned with broader company operations.
• Follow department and company rules, processes, and production limits, and help identify process improvements when needed.
• Communicate procedures, policies, and production capabilities clearly to internal teams and external customers.
• Represent the Art Department in cross-functional meetings.
• Continuously build skills, stay self-driven, and be prepared to support the team as a backup when needed.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the Art Director.

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of basic to intermediate Excel, Word, email, web browsing, and Mac computer use.
• Background in production artwork, including vector files, trapping, and centerlines.
• Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Comfort making decisions and solving problems effectively.
• Capability to prioritize work by job size, artwork prep time, and customer requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills across different levels of the organization.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits

California pay transparency for this role shows a base salary range of $70,000 to $72,000, plus bonus, benefits, and paid time off.
