Overview
Enterprise Mobility is a privately held global mobility company with annual turnover of $39 billion, almost 90,000 employees, and a presence in 95 countries. The business is led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, part of the third generation of the Taylor family, and is anchored in a long-term approach that supports employees, customers, and sustainable growth.
Why this graduate management training programme
This role is designed to help you build leadership capability with the aim of progressing to branch manager in a retail operation in as little as two years. Many of the organisation’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, began in this position.
From your first day, you will receive structured support and be given practical responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and related areas.
Rewards and development
Performance is recognised through incentives and ongoing promotion opportunities. The company follows a strong promote-from-within approach, creating clear scope for career growth without changing employers.
Learning is supported through a mix of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, and mentoring, helping you strengthen your current abilities and develop new ones.
Culture and inclusion
The workplace is designed to welcome different perspectives and backgrounds. The company values diversity of thought and aims to create an inclusive experience where your contribution helps shape the business as much as the business shapes your development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by managing reservations, responding to enquiries, and building strong relationships with a wide range of customers.
- Support sales and marketing activity by engaging local business partners, expanding your network, and developing long-term connections.
- Learn the financial side of the business, including cost management and reading profit and loss information.
- Assist with operations and logistics by helping manage the fleet, planning effectively, and contributing to performance improvement.
- Take on leadership responsibilities by mentoring, training, and developing team members as you progress toward managing others.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be accepted in place of formal study.
- A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU is required, with accommodations available for candidates who cannot drive because of a disability.
- No drug- or alcohol-related offence may appear on the driving record within the past five years.
- The role cannot be supported for an employment permit under the current regulations.
- Applications will be assessed on performance against the company’s competencies rather than socio-economic background, university, subject choice, or degree classification.
- Applicants may request reasonable accommodations for the recruitment process.
- Candidates should submit only one application for the location where they live or intend to work; applying to multiple locations may slow processing.
- This vacancy is only open for applicants based in Drogheda.
