Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position based out of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of experience and will own end-to-end paid media execution across Google Ads and Meta platforms for hosting and server-related offerings.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Build and refine PPC campaigns with a strong focus on lead acquisition and measurable results.
• Carry out keyword discovery, audience segmentation, A/B experiments, and remarketing to improve performance.
• Review key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion volume, then make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Allocate budgets wisely and increase spend on campaigns that perform well.
• Work closely with design, SEO, content, and sales teams to align creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
• Use Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track results and prepare regular performance summaries.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and lead flow processes across campaigns.

Experience Needed

Applicants should have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and digital lead generation.
