Golf Operations Attendant

Role Overview

The Golf Operations Attendant will support day-to-day golf facility activities at Qiddiya Investment Company, helping ensure a polished and enjoyable experience for members and visitors. This role focuses on tee time coordination, guest assistance, course readiness, and maintaining a high level of service across the golf operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize tee time bookings and help run daily golf operations so guest flow stays efficient and delays are minimized.
• Greet golfers and provide helpful guidance on course policies, etiquette, and available services.
• Inspect, prepare, and upkeep golf carts so they remain clean, properly fueled, and operational.
• Support scorekeeping, player registration, and tournament or event coordination when required.
• Watch for safety issues or rule breaches on the course and respond quickly to resolve concerns.
• Work with other teams to keep operations running smoothly and to support an excellent guest experience.
• Assist with pro shop merchandising tasks, including replenishing stock and helping members with purchases.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required. Prior exposure to golf operations, hospitality, or customer-facing service work is preferred.

Skills & Abilities

The role calls for strong communication and people skills, sound organization, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and good time management. Familiarity with golf rules, etiquette, and equipment is an advantage. Comfort with booking systems and point-of-sale tools is also beneficial.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing for long periods and carrying out light physical tasks, including pushing or pulling golf carts.
