General Operative - Fixed evening shift

Role overview

This is a fixed evening-shift position based in Arklow, County Wicklow. The working pattern is Monday to Thursday from 16:30 to 01:00, and Friday from 13:00 to 20:00.

Key duties

• Follow all health and safety rules at all times, including the correct use of PPE.
• Support the adoption of improved work methods and help maintain current best practices.
• Contribute to the training and development of crew members.
• Ensure procedures are followed, quality checks are completed, and products meet the required specification.
• Work to achieve the highest possible quality while keeping waste to a minimum.
• Keep production levels as high as possible.
• Escalate any non-conformance to the Shift Supervisor without delay.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Report maintenance issues to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
• Carry out work in line with company certifications and actively participate in all health and safety requirements.
