Full-Time Primary Math Trainer (Pasir Ris)

About the Role

Seriously Addictive Mathematics (S.A.M) is a leading Singapore Math enrichment brand for children aged 4 to 12, with centres operating across more than 20 countries. The Pasir Ris centre is hiring a full-time Primary Math Tutor to work with Primary 1 to Primary 6 students.

Work Location and Schedule

The role is based in Pasir Ris, Singapore 519599. This is a five-day work arrangement, which may be structured as 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend or 3 weekdays plus 2 weekends.

Working hours are 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.

Key Duties

• Deliver regular Mathematics lessons for students from Primary 1 through Primary 6.
• Prepare lesson plans, manage class timetables, and mark homework.
• Communicate with parents to support strong parent-centre relationships.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by management that support centre operations and the teaching programme.

Requirements

• A diploma qualification or higher.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary School Mathematics syllabus, including Upper Primary topics.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to work well with people.
• A cheerful, enthusiastic approach to teaching and coaching children aged 4 to 12.
• Responsible, reliable, and positive in attitude.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience with the Singapore MOE syllabus.
• Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of 1 year.
• Ability to teach Secondary Math will be considered an added advantage.
