Role Summary
This role focuses on leading the flow of merchandise through receiving and floor presentation while helping the store stay organized, efficient, and customer-focused. The position supports a clean sales environment, strong team execution, and consistent service standards.
Key Duties
- Deliver a positive experience for both shoppers and store associates.
- Demonstrate integrity, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Coordinate truck unloading and prioritize moving products to the sales floor.
- Coach and guide associates on merchandising and processing procedures.
- Make sure items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
- Work with the Coordinator on Duty to keep product flowing smoothly to the floor.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to the store plan, adjusting priorities when needed.
- Track team productivity and provide coaching when performance needs improvement.
- Keep back stock arranged and rotated for efficient replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising standards, including signage and presentation expectations.
- Support backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
- Follow recycling rules and hazardous waste procedures where applicable.
- Share priority updates clearly with management and associates.
- Give and receive feedback and recognition in a constructive way.
- Partner with management to identify and address training needs.
- Follow labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Help promote credit and loyalty initiatives.
- Support shrink reduction efforts and safety practices.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and who brings strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. The person should adapt well to changing priorities, work effectively with teammates and supervisors, be comfortable lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation, and be capable of training others.

Compensation
The starting hourly pay is between $14.50 and $15.00. Final pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
