The Opportunity

The park is looking for a Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests and help keep front office operations running smoothly.

Key Duties

  • Deliver friendly, professional service to guests at all times.
  • Handle guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Use the park’s reservation platform accurately for bookings, account updates, and related tasks.
  • Liaise with housekeeping to monitor room and cabin readiness.
  • Provide visitors with information about the property and nearby attractions.
  • Carry out routine office administration tasks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the park team, residents, and guests.

  • Prior front office experience in the hospitality sector.
