Role Overview
This position sits at the front desk of a hotel and focuses on creating a smooth, welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, helping set the tone with efficient service, accurate coordination, and a warm hospitality approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests with professionalism and guide them through registration, room assignment, key issuance, and any required arrival support.
- Handle guest departures by checking charges, processing payments, generating receipts, and operating the point-of-sale system carefully and correctly.
- Answer questions about the hotel, room categories, pricing, offers, and nearby local information so guests can make informed choices.
- Recommend hotel products and services where appropriate to improve guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, manage complaints or concerns with care, and coordinate messages and communication efficiently.
