About the Role
ReproMed Galway is seeking a polished, approachable, and well-organised Front Desk Receptionist to support its busy fertility clinic. In this position, you will be the first person patients interact with and will help create a reassuring, professional experience while also keeping the clinic’s administrative workflow running smoothly.
The clinic is focused on delivering excellent clinical care with empathy and support to people on their fertility journey. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to both patient care coordination and front-office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly in person and provide support by phone and email.
- Arrange, confirm, and update appointments for medical personnel.
- Handle patient questions with professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity.
- Prepare charts and documentation before consultations.
- Manage payments, billing documents, and insurance claim processing.
- Keep patient information accurate and up to date in the clinic’s management system.
- Coordinate with clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, and external service providers.
- Perform routine office tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing reports.
- Protect confidential patient data in accordance with GDPR obligations.
- Help ensure the clinic operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Working Arrangements
This is a full-time on-site role based in Galway, County Galway, Ireland. The role involves a 40-hour workweek, including breaks, with 8-hour shifts. Core clinic operating hours are between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.
