Role Overview

This is a broad, high-ownership position within the founder’s office, centered on growth initiatives. You will partner directly with the founder on the work that matters most each week. One day that could mean planning and running a go-to-market test; another day it may involve creating an internal tool, improving operations, supporting hiring, or pulling and analyzing data.

The ideal person is resourceful, fast-moving, and uses AI to multiply output by automating repetitive work, drafting quickly, and building lightweight tools rather than waiting on engineering support.

• You are a versatile problem-solver who naturally steps up instead of saying a task is outside your role.
• You already use AI tools, especially LLMs, to work more efficiently and have created or automated something with them.
• You can take an unclear problem, turn it into a structured plan, and deliver a finished outcome.
• You communicate with clarity and approach problems from first principles.
• You stay comfortable when things are uncertain and are willing to own the end result.

Good to Have

• Exposure to light technical work such as no-code or low-code tools, SQL, basic scripting, or automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Background in a startup, consulting, or founder-led environment.

Hiring Process

• Submit your application and share your details along with responses to a few custom questions.
• Complete a build assignment by choosing one of three mini-tools and creating it over a few days; judgement and product sense matter more than polish.
• Attend a final discussion where you present your work and meet the team.
