Job Summary

MCC Label is seeking a dependable and driven Operator to join our team in Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland. This role operates on a 2-cycle rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various format folding machines.
• Perform machine changeovers and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Work with different glue systems across machinery.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality.
• Ensure all work meets customer specifications.

Requirements

• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Have basic numeracy skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication abilities.
• Be able to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Exhibit good English proficiency, both written and oral.
• Show an aptitude for working collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in a similar operational role is advantageous but not mandatory.
