What You’ll Be Doing
As a Fleet Allocations Coordinator, you will help keep warehouse operations running efficiently by handling day-to-day logistics in a busy, changing environment. The role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement while supporting a committed team and using modern technology.
- Oversee daily fleet operations.
- Plan and coordinate schedules, routes, and deliveries.
- Manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track fleet performance and support improvements in systems, procedures, and processes.
- Support COR requirements, with particular attention to load restraint and fatigue management.
- Work an early shift starting at 8:30am.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring recent experience in freight fleet allocations, along with a solid background in transport logistics and road fleet management. You should also have strong knowledge of the Tasmania metropolitan area, practical COR exposure, and the ability to perform well under tight deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
Strong capability with Microsoft Office is important, especially Excel and PowerPoint, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
