About the Role
This position takes ownership of financial control across several entities. You will safeguard reporting quality, compliance, and financial governance while guiding a small accounting team. The role is broad and practical, with a strong emphasis on efficient operations as well as ongoing improvements to finance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Run month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities
- Manage statutory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance obligations
- Protect the accuracy and reliability of financial reports and the general ledger
- Contribute to finance transformation work, including upgrades to systems and processes
- Lead, coach, and support a small finance team
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to help inform business decisions
About You
- CA qualified with a solid background in technical accounting
- Well versed in month-end close, audit work, and statutory reporting obligations
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with small teams
- Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management capability
- Experience gained in a multinational environment
