Role Overview

We are hiring a Field Operations Coordinator for the Stockton, CA area. This position supports vehicle inspection operations and dealership coordination as part of a fast-moving operations team. The role is best suited to someone with hands-on automotive experience, strong documentation habits, and the ability to work closely with dealerships and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform vehicle evaluations and record findings for engine, transmission, interior, and exterior condition using the company’s mobile app.
  • Work with dealerships to ensure inspections are carried out according to OPENLANE’s standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit clear, accurate inspection reports through the assigned system.
  • Support marketing activity by handing out flyers and other promotional materials to buying dealers.
  • Keep regular communication flowing between sales, operations, and dealership partners.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable serving as a bridge between different teams and dealer partners. Accuracy, professionalism, and relationship-building are central to this role.

Compensation and Benefits
