About the Role
This position is part of an inclusive and innovation-driven team that supports advanced memory and storage manufacturing. The work focuses on keeping facilities systems operating safely and reliably so production can continue with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities
- Operate facilities equipment and systems safely and correctly.
- Track facilities performance using FMCS or a similar control platform.
- Act quickly when equipment or site conditions move outside normal limits and may affect production.
- Escalate abnormal situations to the appropriate stakeholders without delay.
- Restore facilities support services as fast as possible to reduce impact on operations.
- Handle facilities-related service requests.
- Support operating procedures and risk assessments for facilities systems and related activities.
- Help coordinate maintenance and installation work for on-site facilities systems and equipment.
- Accurately hand over information to the next shift.
- Carry out shift routines and daily operational tasks.
- Assist with SOPs, checklists, and daily plant reports.
- Follow through on incidents and service interruptions until closure.
- Work with internal teams and external partners on facilities operations matters.
- Plan and organize shift work based on priority and urgency.
- Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Co-lead the Facilities Daily Operation morning meeting and shift handover with the Facilities Operations Engineer.
- Perform WAC regeneration and ACF backwash.
- Complete assigned learning modules and training within the required timeline.
- Review and approve work permits.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronic/Electrical, Mechanical, Controls and Instrumentation, or a closely related field.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in facilities work is an advantage.
- Willing to work any shift on a rotating schedule.
